Lol as if... To be honest I don't think Naruto/Hinata could happen. Not even Sasuke/Sakura.
Naruto never gives up and why would he give up on his feelings for Sakura to be with Hinata? His love for Sakura is the only serious one of the bunch. When he was younger he was totally naive about him and often did the wrong thing. But now? Naruto loves like a man. He really really knows her. And he just wants her happiness. Dear lord he knows her so well he could tell almost straight away her confession wasn't real(not yet at least,lol). He wants her to be happy so badly he really does not care if he's going to be at her side.
These are deep and meaningful feelings.
Also what his mother told him...She was describing Sakura when she told him to find a girl like her.

They are not just crushes born from admiration or from silly preconceptions about what guys should do to be cool.
Sasuke clearly doesn't give a **** about Sakura. He was going to kill her if not for Naruto.Sakura just had a crush over someone that she barely knew when he was "normal".That's good. She was 12 after all.
And Hinata...She doesn't really know him. She has looked at him from afar.But she's never been at his side the way Sakura did.She has not seen him in any of the Sasuke's chases and many other missions.

So...it wouldn't make any sense for Kishimoto to switch suddenly to another couple.
Perhaps they won't have a happy ending...but I don't have doubts about who's the main couple of this story.
But I want them to have a happy ending...I think I might burn all my numbers if they won't.Naruto deserves a bit of happiness,jfc.

Oh don't get me wrong, I don't see NaruHina or SasuSaku happening.

But I've learned never to rule anything out because then it comes back to bite me :P

I'm hopefully going to write another NaruSaku fic soon.
