Comic Book TV Shows Thread

If there's a thread or this thread isn't allowed you can delete.

Since a number of shows are coming out this fall or during the next year I figure we could discuss them. Or the shows that already been out for sometime or use to on television and have since ended their run.

So let's discuss the shows based on our favorite comic book shows.

The two that I'm interested in are Gotham and The Flash.

I watch Agent's of S.H.I.E.L.D., which is sorta comic based, and Arrow. I plan to check out both Gotham and The Flash, as well as Constantine this upcoming season.

As of now the only I strongly follow is Arrow. However being a life long Batman fan I know I'll be following Gotham. I'll give The Flash and Constantine a shot. Same for Agent Carter when it premieres in the winter.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. to me got good in the latter half of the show. If the new season is anything like the 2nd half of the first season. I'll get back in the show.

As for past shows well I watched by Lois & Clark Adventure Of Superman when I was a kid and Smallville during high school/college.

I forgot about Agent Carter. I'll probably try it out too.

I'm excited about ''Preacher'' on AMC next year. Apparently DMZ is getting adapted into a TV show as well. This is a good thread idea. I've yet to see so many TV shows bases on comics. ''Birds of Prey'', ''Wonder Woman'', & ''Shazam!'', & ''Swamp Thing'' I'll try to watch this fall & winter.

They're making another Birds of Prey?

You should. It's cheesy but fun. And it's got Rachel Skarsten, Dinah Meyer, and Ashley Scott.

I wouldn't mind a Birds of Prey spinoff from Arrow. Even though they probably couldn't use Oracle.

Rumored Supergirl show in the works.

I don't see why not. She hasn't been mentioned in any other DC related film/tv that I can remember.

Just like how Arrow wanted Dick Grayson and DC said no. I don't think tv will get Barbara Gordon in the recent future.

That's true. Plus, with the new Gotham show, they might want Barbara Gordon for that .

OK. So which characters would you want to see on ''Gotham'' then? It would be cool if ''Gotham'' was able to use the theme song to the ''Batman'' TV show, but I don't expect them to.
