I've never watched the Chipettes...
 . What kind of storylines did they get?__________________

Well, for starters, they had a storyline about their beginnings and how they made it to California to seek stardom. And, the episodes that had them seemed to be better, at least to me, then the ones without them.

I loved how there was a matching chipmunks in the Chipettes. A tall, smart one with glasses, a smaller, cute one and the leader. Brittney was the cutest little thing
 I'll have to look for the Chipettes more. The only time I've seen them is on the Chipmunk adventure movie __________________

I don't think that they ever had their own show, but they "guest-starred" on The Chipmunks quite often, especially near the end.
I love the epsidoe where this gang of thugs wants to take over the roller-rink, and Alvin, Simon, Theodore, Jeanette, and Elanor (sp?) were going to have a skating derby thing and the winners would get to stay in the rink. Then, one of the thugs smashed into Brittney, breaking her nail. Well, Brittney went crazy and knocked all of the thugs out of the rink. __________________

Were they dating? Cause I had the impression that Alvin and Britney didn't like eachother. But all I've seen are the really old ones and the Chipmunk movie,,,,so I could be wrong

Actually, they had an episode where Alvin and Britney used a machine that Simon had made to check their "potential" futures based on a single decision. In each future, they were married.
