I don't think there's much to say about this movie - it's simply amazing! I loved everything about it, from the plot, characters, actors, music, etc. to wardrobe (who could forget Patrick's and Keanu's surfing suits? )!

Good job on this thread, Tery. I loved Point Break when it came out, I made a journal entry for my English class in college. My professor made some really cool comments on it. She said she was glad I hadn't mentioned Lori Petty because she didn't like her. She admitted she was jealous of her because she got to be with Keanu in the movie.

Kim, I agree, I liked Lori as Tyler in the movie. And she and Keanu had good chemistry - I loved that scene with them in the desert, and the ones before they hooked up when she was teaching him to surf.

Did I tell you about the time that I went on my senior class trip to Spain last year? Well, on the way there (we travelled by bus so the trip lasted more than 24 hours), we spent a night in the bus and the driver put on different movies for the ones who couldn't fall asleep. Well, one of the movies was The Gladiator and the other one was none other than Point Break! It certainly kept me awake! The worse part was that, by the time the movie was near the end, the driver thought everyone was asleep and he turned it off! Fortunately for my classmates, they had me to tell them the ending.

That's cool how you and your class got to see Point Break together.
At the shop I was gonna buy it when some other girl took the last copy off the shelf before me! And I felt like ripping my hair out Turns out she was new at my school so I introduced myself and now we talk about Keanu a lot.

I remember the first time I saw Point Break and everytime he would get punched I just wanted to run into that movie with a knife and get those other guys back! But it was great! Very enjoyable! And as always, a very sexy Keanu

Aw, it sucks that she took the last copy before you did! But it's great that you made a Keanu buddy at school! I remember me and one of my friends were obsessed with Keanu after The Matrix came out! We were talking about him at school every single day and then when we'd be home, we'd e-mail eachother all the time, sending Keanu pictures back and forth!
