It fizzled pretty
quickly after flooding
down there, so

yesterday, F1, Indy
500, Coke 600.
I was exhausted. :lol:

That is so
awesome, isn't it?

It didn't even
rain here today.
So, Bonnie pretty
clearly was never
gonna make it
up the coast
all the way
up to us.

Gotten re-used to
having it on?

I'm used to
the A/C by
now, for sure.

Still not sleeping great,
if I'm honest.

But that's the
story of my
life, isn't it?

Just because it's
not the heat
preventing me from
sleeping doesn't mean
I'm sleeping more.

I just have
to get used
to the idea.

Getting used to
that idea is
truly very frustrating
concerning insomnia won't
really go away. :hug:

at least as
much as you
really get it.

me good sleep
at this point
as well, so
it's all good. :)

At least it's
the weekend, so
my sleeplessness doesn't
have as big
of an impact.

My mother is
officially worried, though.
We had supper
for my sister-in-law's
birthday last night.

And, of course,
my mother has
a million suggestions
about what I
should do to
sleep better, see.
