2008 Holiday Party Planning Thread
  It is time yet again for our 2nd Annual "Third Watch Holiday Party" this year here on Fan Forum. We had such fun last year, that we hope it's a way for us here on Fan Forum to unite over the holidays, to post and have fun, and share in the cheer of the season.We're starting our holiday party off with this "planning thread" to get everyone organized. So here's the plan of action: We'll keep this Holiday Party Planning Thread up from now until December 23rd. On December 23rd, I'll start the Official Holiday Party Thread, and we'll host our holiday party from the 23rd to the 26th. That'll give everyone several days to participate in our party, to "bring food" and "exchange gifts" and "dress up" etc. ------------------------------------- HOLIDAY PARTY COMMITTEES -------------------------------------        DECORATIONS COMMITTEE - volunteers who wish to be a part of this will do some of the following: 1) find holiday related smilie .gif images to decorate our holiday party thread with 2) create banners/wallpapers/art to decorate our holiday party thread with 3) compile holiday related images to decorate with - Wildfire Girl - issa - Yellow Mustang Girl - sunnykerr - ALEXA82 FOOD / DRINK COMMITTEE - volunteers who wish to be a part of this will volunteer to bring certain food dishes, drinks, etc to our party. (Feel free to just describe the items, or offer images of the meals/drinks) - Wildfire Girl - issa - Yellow Mustang Girl - sunnykerr - ALEXA82 - Norla Kovac-Boscorelli GIFT EXCHANGE - posters who want to be a part of the "gift exchange" will just say they want to participate. Last year we drew names, but I think this year if you want to bring a gift, bring a gift and someone at the party can claim it and open it and enjoy it. And then HOPEFULLY the person who takes a gift leaves something behind for other posters to enjoy. - Wildfire Girl - issa - Yellow Mustang Girl - sunnykerr - ALEXA82 - Norla Kovac-Boscorelli INVITATION COMMITTEE - volunteers will create any of the following: 1) icons inviting posters/guests to visit our holiday party thread 2) banner inviations to pm out to the Watchers - Wildfire Girl - issa __________________
