Woody Harrelson: 'Zombies are ecological'
Thursday, October 1 2009, 15:16 BST Woody Harrelson has joked that a zombie infestation would be an ecological blessing. The Zombieland actor told Parade that a takeover by the undead could be of interest to former US vice president and An Inconvenient Truth writer Al Gore. Harrelson said: "In my mind, zombies are pretty ecological because they eat humans who are causing most of the ecological damage to the planet. "So, if you think about it, it's better for the environment if zombies are overrunning the Earth. Maybe I've got the plot for a sequel here which might get the endorsement of Al Gore." He added of his role in the movie: "I'm a pacifist. I really don't like killing even zombies. I'm a peaceable guy. I just hang out in my bathing suit in Maui and spend a lot of time in the ocean with my kids and surf and stuff. "I'm a good worker, hard worker, but a world-class vacationer. Before I started making films again, I took a five-year hiatus just being a bum in Maui and I loved it. But, unfortunately, I had to go back to work." Harrelson: 'I want 'Zombieland' sequel'
Saturday, October 10 2009, 11:30 BST Woody Harrelson has revealed that he is keen to star in a sequel to new comedy-horror film Zombieland. The movie has just been released in the UK, but the actor said that he is already thinking about making the follow-up, ITN reports. "I never wanted to do a sequel so bad," the 48-year-old stated. He was also full of praise for his co-stars, including Jesse Eisenberg. "I can't stop raving about them enough. I think they're just amazing," Harrelson commented. Zombieland is set in post-apocalyptic America and follows the story of four survivors. Movies - News - Harrelson: 'I want 'Zombieland' sequel' - Digital Spy __________________

Abigail Breslin & Emma Stone: Sitges Sweethearts
Zombieland beauties Abigail Breslin and Emma Stone pull in costar Jesse Eisenberg for a picture at the photocall for their new movie at the 42nd Sitges Film Festival in Barcelona, Spain on Saturday afternoon (October 10). The darling duo also attended the premiere for Zombieland later that night, looking great in coordinating black-and-white outfits. Emma, 20, shared her fave parts of the film with Rotten Tomatoes and they’re not what you expect. She shared, “I got to shoot a lot of zombies but my favorite thing was to watch Abigail shooting them. She is way more bad-ass than any 12-year-old I’ve ever met. Needless to say, there were nights that it was incredibly scary and you’re being chased by 30 ravenous extras dressed as zombies.” Abigail Breslin & Emma Stone: Sitges Sweethearts | Abigail Breslin, Emma Stone | Just Jared Jr. - JJJ __________________

I really enjoyed this movie. My husband says to me, "is that the guy from Superbad?" He thought Columbus was Michael Cera.
