I am looking forward to this movie. A great way to spread kindness! The book was amazing.

Aw, thanks for this thread. I spent about 80% of the film with wet cheeks, cuz I’m a total sappy fool. And girl, I had forgotten about the part where
Spoiler:

Not sure if you’re going to tear up though, since you’re such a dude -the strong silent type. http://emoticoner.com/files/emoticon...gif?1292867596 The performances by the cast were just great. Almost every character made me feel: http://e-lu.demiart.ru/emoticons/roman.o1/blue.gif

I hope you enjoy it too!

You know me so well. I did tear up a little. I was a mess when Auggie first cried in front of his mama. The rest of the movie made me feel empowered and hopeful. I loved the movie so much.

I wasn’t necessarily upset; I was just moved by everything.

Some movies based on books usually don’t do the book justice, but I think this one did. :D

Today has been an emotional day. Unrelated, but I came home to find out the actress that played Tess in Touched By An Angel passed away. :(

I want to see this movie too. I know I will be crying too.

I felt the same, Miros. This was a great movie adaptation from a book.

Cece, I’m not that familiar with Touched by an Angel, but may the actress who played Tess rest in peace.

Auggie’s mom did the right thing by pushing him out of his comfort zone, shoving him out of the nest; though it wasn’t always easy for any of them, especially in the beginning, it was all for the best. I also enjoyed that we were able to empathize with other characters as well.

Quin, I hope you enjoy the film!

I loved that we got to see things from the point of views of other characters. Especially from her sister. I loved her bits. The actress played a young teen version of Kara Danvers on Supergirl so I might be a little biased.

Julia Roberts and Owen Wilson were such great parents and I loved hearing Julia talk about how much she has learned from the film.
