In the Vader costume yes

There’s also a scene though in like Obi-Wan’s subconscious where Hayden looks like he did in episode 2

I re-watched ROTS

Yeah I can't deal with how childish Anakin is in this one.

"You turned her AGAINST MEEEEE! If you're not with me, then you're my ENEMYYYY!"

and allowing Samuel L Jackson to get fried by Palpatine, the most ridiculous scene... 5 seconds later "what have I done?" ...5 seconds later "I am you servant Darth Sidious"

People say he's bad in AOTC but at least his younger age and his naivety about the circumstances regarding his mother and young romantic love made sense in that one. In Revenge of the Sith he's a married man/expectant father... He's calling Obi-Wan his brother and seems to recognize that laws should be in place for criminals yet he completely prevents this from happening when Palpatine should be trialled... He's just unbearable by this point.

And then he kills kids. Because why not, I guess

That was my second favorite SW movie after Empire. I LOVE it. The Ewoks, the happy ending, Vader's fatherly love, Han and Leia
