OMG! I FLOVE this movie! I remember I watched it for the first time when I was in elementary school and the ending was my most fav. part ever! The moment it showed Jake standing up against his car and "If You Were Here" started playing, I about died!! My heart rate started doing double time every time I watched that scene!
 It really was such a perfect ending...but I too always wanted more!  And I love Long Duck Dong! one of my fav. lines that me and my friends still use to this day, "What's happenin hot stuff?"  Of course, you have to say it with the chinese accent too!  Awesome movie! Good times...good times. __________________

I had a Jake Ryan but not in HS. He lived in the next street, still does.
And he's still absolutely drop dead gorgeous and charming. Whenever I see him, my heart goes crazy.Quote:

Awww, your Jake Ryan sounds awesome!
That part with the reveal of him standing by his car always gets me too. Every time I watch it, it's like seeing it for the first time. |
