any one else looking forward to this next weekend?

I saw the first coming back on a Train after a trip, totally thought it was great, I am hoping they can make the same kind of the magic come back for the second one........

I can't wait. I saw the first one by accident really - a group of friends and I were bored, so we ended up seeing it. We didn't know anything about it. We ended up really loving it.

I have the first one on DVD, it's a favorite.

totally, I own it too, bought it as soon as the first one came out on dvd..... This movie should be a blast, it will be fun to see one Mike, Cameron and Eddie have instore for us.....

I'm gonna see this movie for my multimedia course :D, I haven't watched the first one tho hmmm.

You should definitely check out the first one. Not just to get to know the characters, but because it's just an entertaining movie.

It looks funny i might want to take my little cousin to see it instead of going with my friends.

I'm definitely going to see this - it looks like it could be even better than the original and it's got some great vocal talent. I'm looking forward to seeing what Antonio Banderas is like and of course Eddie Murphy, because I thought he was fantastic as the donkey first time around :D

I loved the first movie so I'll give the second one a chance even though sequels rarely live up to the hype. Still, donkey's cute, so that'll be fun at least.

I saw the first one by accident too. I was flying here from Europe 3 years ago, and the movie was on, on the plane. I liked it so I ended up renting it later on, and I fell in love with it. Can't wait for the 2nd one now...

yep that does not happen to often the second one being better then the first............... If they do it right, I bet it can be good, they have the talent, just hopefully they got the writing right....

According to most reviews so far, it's as good as the first...

As far as cartoon sequels go it was hilarious. My favorite character is Puss'N Boots. He is so funny :lol:

Saw it tonight and loved it - 'I'm a real boy!'

Anyone know the name of the song that played when I think Shrek got up in the middle of the night and looked through the diary and the lyrics kept saying something like 'Everybody's happy.' Thanks for any help.
