If you're not sure whether or not you want to be fully spoiled, it'd be best that you keep out! That said, what I'm about to say is hugely spoilery and doesn't relate to your question at all. Don't blame me if you read it accidentally, 'cause you were warned!



I noticed a couple of things that were changed from the first time I saw it, when I saw it again, by the way. There's a small scene close to the end that was heartbreaking when Mal picked up one of Wash's dinosaurs which is gone now. I hope that makes the deleted scenes. It was literally just him picking it up and setting it down again before his "Gonna ride shotgun?" line, but it was just ... guh! The dinosaurs are still there, but they don't acknowledge them. Which in itself, is kinda sweet and sad.

We're getting another Atlanta screening next week, just before the Dragon*Con starts...I'm excited, but still pi$$ed off with Nathan for cancelling on me! *grumbles*

I had heard about this...Mal actually picking up one of the dinos. Never did see it in any of the versions I saw, and am VERY bummed that they cut that out. I think it would have meant so much to the fans...

But he did do the Wash Special 3-switch flip...hopefully they left that in. It brought a tear to my eye, every time I saw it.

Yeah, the dino part wouldn't have really meant anything to people who have never seen the tv series, but for those who are fans of Firefly, it would have been emotional.

It was amazing. I really did enjoy it!

I heard they have the Battle of Serenity song playing over the end of the credits but just a guitar version of it. Rach, how does that sound?

Yeah, if there is a sequel, there will probably be a new character added to the crew. Either that or Wash pulls a Buffy

I'm so excited to see this movie!!! I can't wait anymore.
I don't like very much that it's focused in on River's character... but it's Firefly so I'm sure I'm going to enjoy it very much.

I would have the same concern, but after watching it, I understand why they did it. It's just too hard to do a whole film revolving around so many characters. In the film, you see more Mal and River than anyone else, but in the end, I think it works because of the medium we are dealing with

It's cute! You have to wait until the very, very end to hear it, and 'cause there's no words its weird at first, sounds a little different tune-wise, too. But I love that its there!
