I still find it weird that they gave Billy a daughter in the last one. (Haven't seen, so I can't really judge, but it feels far-fetched to me. He was dating Sidney for at least 2 years from what the original movie said)

I mean, I get why they did it: an excuse to keep linking the new characters to the originals. But Billy's ghost being a thing in this series now? Meh. Not for me. They should've just left him and Stu out of it. They're still the best killers and their memory shouldn't be tarnished with contrivances.
