^ Didn't heavily edited movies like ' A Nightmare on Elm Street 5' teach people that horror movies need to stretch the boundaries in order to impress people?

Deleting any trap scene sounds stupid to me. I don't get what they're so scared of. Eli Roth's horror movies were as sick as they come and he never cared about being too horrific in the gory visuals.

Saw is a gore franchise. It needs the extreme visuals in order to keep impressing people. Otherwise, is there any point at all?

I don't get why they would need to delete a trap, they have left nothing to the imagination with the others lol. I don't really care about this movie though, the Saw movies sucked once Jigsaw died. They need to just bury this damn franchise, but they always ruin horror movie franchises over time cause they won't stop forcing unneeded sequels.

^ More to tell? Hmm. Well, I don't think the stories could be more interesting than the one in the original movie between Adam and Dr Gordon. I've seen 5 of the movies + the Jigsaw movie and none of the characters were ever as interesting as those two. Although Donnie Wahlberg's was definitely runner-up. I did like the sequel a lot.

No Amanda either (I really liked her arc and her reverse bear trap game is still the best Saw trap IMO) I still think the story dried up when they killed off Jigsaw, now their beating a dead horse and throwing anything at the wall to see what sticks. None of the characters past the third movie have stuck with me, and I hated that guy that was Jigsaw's new apprentice after the third movie. He was such an arrogant douchebag.

That's a compliment in the sense of his loyalty to the hand that feeds him, but an insult in the sense that they will stick with these horror franchises regardless of them being run into the ground.
