My pick would be Inception and how everyone comes together happily BUT the seed of doubt planted with the totem [will it stop spinning..?] -

I just adore this scene at the end of the lion king

The epicness is unmatched with the music and symbolism of Simba climbing up pride rock

And then Simba’s roar

Re-watched Matilda last night and still really love this ending last scene

^ I re-watched Matilda last week! This is the most heartwarming ending to a family dynamic movie I think I've ever seen.

It even managed to redeem the parents who had spent the whole time ignoring and misunderstanding (plus mistreating) their daughter, only to realize that the most loving thing they could do is to give her up.
