I watched Pride and Prejudice for my Romance history and then for the next weekend it ws Romance/Thriller, so I watched Obsessed from 2006 starring Beyonce and Ali Larter and Idris Elba. Great film!

Mike Myers playing 3 characters and seeming completely different in each one

The ending with Scott on a revenge mission The writers always kind of took him for granted. Plus, I'm still trying to figure out if Dr Evil and Austin being long-lost brothers actually makes sense It does give them a reason to bond with Caine's character, though

+ Who was your favorite character in the movie? Why?

Dr Evil was always the funniest since the first movie, and that hasn't changed. He always treats Mini Me like an angel

Probably the best action/parody series you'll ever see, with genuinely funny sexual innuendos.

The chemistry between Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman was pretty magical Dianne Wiest and Stockard Channing also worked well as a duo.

+ What did you like least about the film? Why?

How soon Sandra's on-screen husband and father of her children was killed

+ Who was your favorite character in the movie? Why?

Sally Owens (Bullock) had a lot of adversity to deal with growing up, and she dealt with it - plus the grief of losing her beloved husband - all so well. Then she cares for Gilly when she gets sick and you see what a strong bond they have as sisters

+ Who was your least favorite character in the film? Why?

Gary Hallet was kind of bland Aidan Quinn is basically the same in everything

Other than THE CRAFT, this is my favorite movie about witchcraft.

Cast:

Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Matthew Goode, Billy Crudup, Malin Akerman, Patrick Wilson, Jackie Earle Haley, Carla Gugino.

Plot:

In a gritty and alternate 1985 the glory days of costumed vigilantes have been brought to a close by a government crackdown, but after one of the masked veterans is brutally murdered an investigation into the killer is initiated. The reunited heroes set out to prevent their own destruction, but in doing so discover a deeper and far more diabolical plot.


Review:

I loved this movie. Even though it's 3 and a half hours, I didn't notice the length at all. The acting and combat scenes were impressive, the visuals and special effects were absolutions stunning! I would watch this again right now!
