OMG i loved this film, it was sooo funny
Lohan was great, and i thought Amanda Seyfried who played Karen was great. and i love Jonathan Bennet (Aaron) is gorgeous!!

i think the way it ended was kinda cheesy (with all the groups being broken up) but i loved the "mini" plastics and how Cady imagined them gettin hit by the bus very funny

I guess I never posted here after seeing it.

So.freakin'.funny.

Seriously - I don't remember laughing that hard at a movie in years - at least 2 years, to be sure. The timing was perfect, as was the level of snark. Plus, the satire - spot on!

Those scenes where they showed various ppl talking to Lindsay at school telling her stuff when she first arrived had me laughing the hardest. I'd need to watch again and again when the DVD comes out cuz I was sure I missed some stuff due to laughing.

Rachel was the perfect Regina....

I thought the movie was alright, nothing spectacular, but I did think that Rachel Rocked and I probably wouldn't have liked it that much if it weren't for her being in it. I didn't really laugh that much.. I think the only part I laughed on was when Regina was telling Aaron that Cady was Obssessed with him and that she was going to perform some African Voodoo Ritiual on him and he cut his eyes toward her and she said Whattttttttttt? and she was waving like Hell, dressed up in that Halloween costume that was hilarious....

Just seen this movie last night and thought it was great. Very funny...both Lindsay Lohan and Rachel McAdams are great actresses. Though I prefer her in The Notebook instead.

I finally saw this on DVD.

I thought it was a good movie and not your typical "teen movie".

Yes, it had the staple trappings like the dance, the boyfriend, the quirky best friends, etc...

But the whole point of the movie was to expose people to what really goes on with teenage girls -- like the book does -- And if you look at it in a serious light, it's pretty sobering and not something that parents should take lightly.

I'm going to listen to the commentary by Tina Fey because I am really curious to know how she structured the movie and created the characters considering it is based on a non-fiction book and it is just the subject matter she used as the basis for the story.

Does anyone know what the song was they played toward the end when Lindsey is giving a recap of where everyone was after the Spring Fling (before the credits roll)?

I know I've heard that song before and I think it's an '80s song if I am not mistaken?

Is the DVD supposed to have that paper that lists the scenes inside the case? Mine didn't come with it.
