I just watched The Boy in the Striped Pajamas and

ahhhh my gosh we basically get Nazi Lupin

It is a must-watch movie, Thewlis is so good in it

I kind of recently re-watched The New World and he was in that

Thewlis plays a Nazi in TBITSP and yet it's impressive how by the end of the movie, he regains his humanity... albeit too late.

In fact I'm putting that scene into the 'Best Emotional Scene' thread soon because it is a tearjerker

By the way, I'm still thinking about Chris Columbus stating he would happily do a Harry Potter sequel with the original trio

(not sure they'd come back, however)

I see Rob is still as self-deprecating as he was 10 years ago.

I haven't watched that show but I can believe that

he was terrific in the film I mentioned

It's amazing how different he was as Lupin... Such a warm father figure to Harry, whereas in the Striped Pyjamas movie he had to play a Nazi who reluctantly showed very little love for his young son, basically causing his death
