The books were great. Not sure if they have them all compiled together now--but when they were first released, they were like in mini books (like a series of 6 of them or something like that).
I remember reading the books and crying throughout so much of it. The books are better then the movie (as books normally are) but the movie was also really good. Everyone who loved the movie should definitely try out the books. |

Very sad news today as the News of death of Michael. Clarke Duncen today .
He had been ill suffered a Heart attack over a week I ago . His screen presence will be missed  So many roles I feel Green Mile was one of his best __________________

I just heard about the news. Very sad news about the passing of Michael Clarke Duncan. Such a gentle personality for a big guy. Green Mile was definitely my favorite movie of his. As was his other films Sin City, The Whole Nine Yards and his role on the short lived TV show The Finder.
Prayers are with his family, friends and his fiance Omarosa. __________________

I love this movie, can't watch it enough, I was really sad to hear about Duncan, he was a fantastic actor

I agree with this sentiment. It's a slow movie and emotionally draining, but an important watch:
