James Cameron is promoting his new movie 'Alita: Battle Angel', but he did took some time to update us on the progress of the Avatar sequels, and he mentioned in this video that the sequels are now in post-production and that all the main casts have finished filming their parts:

Has it been mentioned if the sequels will have actual titles or will it just be Avatar 2, 3 ....etc?

yes the titles for all 4 sequels were revealed a while ago, according to many sources, they are:
Avatar 2: The Way of Water Avatar 3: The Seed Bearer Avatar 4: The Tulkun Rider Avatar 5: The Quest for Eywa honestly they sound rather boring to me  but there's still the possibility that they'll change the titles in the future, I hope they do because so far these titles that we have now really don't sound all that interesting... |

They might become more interesting as details of story/plot are revealed and with the possibility that the titles could be changed too. |
