The book is amazing so I found this adaptation a bit lacking really. It was fine and looks pretty. That's about it.

I liked it. I thought it was interesting and explored motherhood in a fascinating way.

It was good.
9. Garden State (2004) 4/5
I think this is the perfect film to watch in your twenties. I feel like I've graduated away from it now, but still a good watch, and a killer soundtrack.

There's a lot of bad editing choices here. It could have been a better film.

I didn't have a lot of expectations about this film but I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Oh, to be in a love triangle with the Stark brothers! Lucky Gemma Chan.
