Your Favorite (Or Least Favorite) Movie Ending

I thought it would be interesting if we shared out favorite twist/surprise movie endings ... The only thing is, please don't actually give away the details! Unless you put "*Spoiler*" first, or something, that way it isn't ruined for whoever hasn't seen it yet.

My #1 favorite is probably The Usual Suspects. This was the first real twist-ending movies I had seen, and it was AWESOME. I never saw it coming! It's the type of movie that is even more fun to watch the second time around, because you pick up all these little clues along the way.

The Sixth Sense is probably a given, also I'm sure everyone knows what the ending is.. But I would never have guessed it! This is also interesting to watch again and again when you already know the secret

Identity and Memento were two others that I absolutely loved. Both seemed to have pretty simply set-ups, but once you got to the end, you were just like .. What just happened? Great endings.

What ones did you love?

The Others with Nicole Kidman... that ending rocked my face off. It was completely unexpected (well, at least for me) and it really made the movie for me.

And, uh... I can't think of any others. Snow White?

Star Wars, Episode V, The Empire Strikes Back...

When the famous words from James Earl Jones were heard for the first time..."Obi Wan, never told you who your father was"...Luke..."He told me enough, he told me, you killed him!"...Vader "No, I am your father!"......I think that's exactly the expression I had on my face when I heard that line!

Ocean's Eleven (the original)
The Usual Suspects
Snatch
Memento

Re: Ocean's Eleven. I was screaming, I was groaning, I was laughing... that really defined gut-wrenching for me.

Would have to agree with the usual suspects.

Also Cruel intentions - never saw that coming.

Wild Things - For the many twists in that movie! You never knew what was going on.

Also Abandon, I have to say that I never saw that ending coming.

I was about to say the same thing

"I am your father!"

Loved the Toy Story 2 spoof of that scene.

Yes, that was great! I think Star Wars is probably the ultimate favorite, because it's a classic.

Wild Things had a twist ending, but way too many By the end I had no idea what happened because every five minutes, someone else was the mastermind.

To Die For, with Nicole Kidman and Joaquin Phoenix, wasn't necessarily a "plot twist", but had a great ending that I would not have originally anticipated happening!

I loved Sixth Sense. I was SO frightened the whole movie, couldn´t think, or even breathe...

then, the end...well, no spoilers here, though I think, everyone knows...

that means, you all know what I mean...

I can usually see things coming in a film plot, but this one creeped up on me

Dangerous Liaisons, that would've been a clue.
