Gotham was so-so... I just realized without Batman, Gotham's crime problems don't interest me that much, it feels like a cop show, you know... Though seeing the "early" states of some of the characters/villains is a bit interesting.


How To Get Away with Murder was interesting, definitely want to see second epi ASAP.

I started Ray Donovan. Did a marathon of S1 and should start S2 but been sick and busy so couldn't get around to it. Might do it tonight after catching up with my other shows.

Got my mother started on the Borgias. And of course she is hooked


James Marsters have been guest-starring in Witches of East End... I have missed him...

I just watched epi 8... so that was supposed to be a mid-season finale? didn't have a "finale" feeling at all. the wait is indeed too long.

Same with me... I haven't stopped watching but I also don't really care about it all that much...

I literally marathon'd Ray Donovan all day yesterday & then watched the season finale This show is insanely good!

I'm not that familiar w/the Batman mythology so maybe that's why it works for me. But I also agree it's a bit weird w/no Batman/Bruce Wayne as the main character but seeing the villains in their younger days is.

Yeah, Freddie has been a good addition to the cast... though I fear he may not be around come next season, guess we'll see.... My absolute favorite in the whole series is Wendy. I flove her.

When I first started watching it, I have checked out some info on it and gotten some novel spoilers regarding some of the identities but I don't know if the show will go there (I was starting to think they wouldn't, but now that Freddie is shown to dislike Killian and mention their past in Asgard and how Killian is to blame for something etc. I'm starting to think they may go into it)... Anyway, in the novel Dash is

The one thing that keeps my interest going on The Strain is the "vampire hunting vampire" guy and his special operations group but except for the one appearance they never showed up the entire season. So I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up in the last epi. I'd rather know more about that guy than watch yet another episode of Setrakian flashbacks. Seriously his "back story" was rather obvious the moment they showed us the vampire heart in a jar and the fact that he is a Holocaust victim, and that that is where he knows Eichorst from... One flashback back to those days where they revealed he is the one who build the coffin for the Master was OK, served a purpose. But the other flashback epis feel a bit too much of a waste of time for me. And I just can't stand any scene with the "sick and dying needlessly rich old dude who helps the Master out". Come on Master, what kind of a villain keeps ALL his promises?! should have left that dude to die...

Same. The 2nd episode there was more focus on Selina, the Penquin & Bruce. I like The Penquin so far but the book's still out on my feelings on Selina & Bruce Wayne.

Really? I don't even like Dash! And if Freddie is not around, I'm not watching! What makes you think he dies though? He fits into the family really well by now.

Wendy is my favourite female character too. She's the least tangled up and dependent on her own emotions.

Yeah I don't like Dash or Killian to be honest, and Dash is at least a tad more interesting than Killian who I find dull and dumb ... and the love story with Killian and Freya is rather boring...

I feel Freddie will die or make a sacrifice as I'm kind of sure something will go wrong with the mother's plan to kill the King, it just can't go smoothly, even if they will win in the end. I don't see her or the daughters' dying, so it is possible Freddie will end up sacrificing himself for their sake or something. I also don't think Wendy will be killed off, but I'd feel a lot better about it if she wasn't down to her last life.
