Want to do a complete watch of the movies before Deadpool in Feb thinking maybe one a week starting January 1st - which should give enough time before the movie to complete all 7 movies

Question: Who still regards X2: X-Men United as the definitive X-Men film?
I ask this as we now have 2 versions of DOFP on DVD, and the up and coming Apocalypse to look forward to in theaters.
