First Class totally messed up the time line. :lol: Don't even get me started on all of the characters living through the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s without aging. :P

I never understood why they even did that. :rolleyes: They should've just done a total reboot, not try to fit the new movies into the continuity of the original trilogy because that was impossible.

I agree, the timeline got more and more confusing and screwed up. Besides the lack of aging over 40 years, I also don't buy that these are supposed to be the same characters from the original X Men films. It's not believable and doesn't make any damn sense at all lol.

Exactly. Also, the events of Apocalypse and Dark Phoenix do not align with the original trilogy at all, so the original trilogy was effectively retconned.

God it was all a mess I liked the movies but the continuity was bad
