The Phoenix is Thor's Mother? The new Carnage is Mary-Jane? Quote:

If Felicia Hardy has the Gauntlet then maybe she can finally get Peter and Mary Jane into a threesome?

It was also directed by Kathryn Bigelow, who became the first female director to win the Oscar for Best Director. I wish she had worked on Wonder Woman or Captain Marvel, because she's not just a female director, she's a kick-ass action movie director. She did Point Break with Keanu Reeves and Patrick Swayze in 1991. That's the movie that The Fast and The Furious ripped off. Quote:

I see. Good question. Now, because Thor's Bio Mom is The Phoenix, Rachel is kinda his Sister through The Phoenix, and so he is tied to the Summers/Grey family. Quote:

Thor's mother is supposed to be Gaia, the Goddess of the Earth, dragonfire.

Oh, enough with the Gwen Stacy crap!
I don't like that retcon, dragonfire. Gaia has been Thor's mother all through his mythology, and Odin and Gaia's union was part of what made Thor Earth's protector. So what, Odin did it with the Phoenix? How did that happen? And why does Thor need to be connected to the damn X-Men mythology? Why does everything have to be about them? __________________

Yep, Odin did it with The Phoenix. Maybe, because The X-Men sells the most, so they're using the big guns to help the others. It also could be because seems the writer for the comic loves using X-Men characters. Honestly, what they're doing amuses me, because before the deal Marvel kept pushing The Avengers, Inhumane, etc. etc. and now after the deal Marvel keeps pushing X-Men, and pushing X-Men onto other comics as well. How exactly did Odin conceive Thor with Phoenix? Was Phoenix taking on the form of Gaia or something? Why did Gaia always believe she was Thor's mother? Again, this retcon makes no sense.
Oh, screw the X-Men. I'm a fan, but I'm tired of all of Marvel being all about them. __________________

Ok. To be fair though, Marvel is really nothing without The X-Men, and especially them as the main focus. Hey, The Phoenix already stealing the show from The Avengers, might as well have Jean do it as well. Oh, so Jean already stealing the show? Quote:
