 Well, that would make Magneto happy, and I think they did a story where it showed if Cyclops joined the Brotherhood instead of the X-Men he would be with Wanda instead of Jean. Then there's the Ultimate universe. Quote:

I used to love Gwen Stacy when I was a kid, but now she's just annoying.
She just won't stay dead. Cyclops and Scarlet Witch are just... ugh.  She should be with Wonder Man. I've been shipping them since the 1990s.I hate the Ultimate universe. I'm glad they got rid of it.__________________

I think you can just probably blame artist error for the inconsistency in Wolverine's mask back in the early days when he was first introduced. The only real mystery is why Wolverine never wore his mask and uniform in the movies. __________________
