Ok.

Wait, so when did Cyclops get a new body? Is this the original Cyclops with a new body, and how would he have the memories of the time-displaced teen Cyclops? And is this the original Jean Grey? WTF is going on?

I hope this isn't even really the Professor because he's really disappointing sum1.

Yes, because the X-Men were what was really missing from Civil War.

Ok, I could be wrong but I think it was at the start of Hickman's X-Men.

Maybe this will help explain things.

Ok.

Yep.

Another of the big changes Hickman made to the X-Men was a surefire resurrection method. If a mutant died, their DNA was used to create a new body by a group of mutants called the Five and their minds were backed up by Xavier using Cerebro so he could implant their personalities and memories into the new bodies

Oh, you gotta be kidding me. That's practically ripping off of Battlestar Galactica. And does that mean it's really Scott, or just a recording of his brainwaves and personality? I think Marvel has gone off the deep end. So who is Jean?

Thanks for all the info, dragonfire.

Oh, so basically we're doing the same thing we did with Brand New Day? Just pretend it never happened.

Northstar and Aurora? Old '80s memories of Alpha Flight coming back. When John Byrne was still great, before he got down to screwing up She Hulk and Vision and the Avengers' history.

Thanks for that, dragonfire. Oh, come on, you hate that storyline as much as I do.

Sounds like Cyclops is getting back to being the Cyclops I know.

Yes, it does bring back memories. But I actually liked She-Hulk.

Didn't Northstar come out back in the 80s?

Oh, the 90s. Thanks, sum1.

Thanks for all that, dragonfire.

Another villain loses an eye? This is just gonna be retconned later.

Wow, they're really going nuts with the X-Men lately. Must have something to do with the acquisition of Fox.

No problem.

Yep. Seems it was Shaw.

I'm glad, and this is just the comics, just imagine when they do the MCU X-Men movies, shows, etc. etc.

Honestly, Mickey needs to do an huge X-Men Day event where it's nothing but X-Men news through out the day.

Start it with the comics announcements, then do the merchandise announcements, then do a new video game announcement, a new animated show announcement, the Disney+ live-action shows announcements, and finally end it with the huge announcement of the MCU X-Men movie with the director, writers, cast, and of course the first trailer for it.

Now I was thinking maybe end the trailer with a reveal of the team line up ready to battle, and have the Professor say To Me My X-Men cue the title Marvel Studios The Uncanny X-Men.

Cue the audience:

This Psylocke isn't Betsy, this is another Psylocke. Kwannon.
