Gambit Movie Announced For October 7, 2016 13

Channing Tatum has previously been tied to the role of Gambit, and the actor confirmed his role in the film via Twitter after Fox's announcement. His mutant ability allows him to mentally create and control pure kinetic energy. A kinetically charged cards which he hurls as explosive projectiles is often his weapon of choice. Gambit previously appeared in the 2009 film, X-Men Origins: Wolverine and was previously portrayed by actor Taylor Kitsch. Previous reports have indicated that Robocop screenwriter Josh Zetumer will be writing the script for the Gambit spinoff film. The script will reportedly be based on a treatment by legendary X-Men comic book writer Chris Claremont, who created Gambit along with artist Jim Lee.  He's got his own but he'll be appearing in the new X-Men & Deadpool, at least that's what I've read__________________

That's true but seems FOX or who ever is the production has faith
he must have done something to give them faith in him. We'll just have to seeSeems Deadpool will be the first appearance of Channing as Gambit  __________________

I'm excited for Channing. His acting isn't the best, but I love him in comedies. I think he can really pull off Gambit since he's not without a sense of humor. He also has a look for the part. I can see the resemblance

 its just we are mostly devoted to Taylor cause of seeing him as Gambit already and he rocked it. Its just a lot of us are not sure if Channing has what it takes __________________

Good idea Sarah. I myself don't tolerate any form of hating towards the actor, we'll see how we feel as the movie comes out.
