Why it took me a whole year to seek help for my depression when I knew it was no longer SAD. I don't get why it took my brain to realize I needed help AFTER I tried to kill myself again. I don't understand my brain. I hate it.

Why people in the USA are called Americans when Canada and Mexico are on the same continent. And then there's all of South America. What?

They're called Proteas.

Looked up the Protea disambiguation on Wikipedia, and I don't see this anywhere. What am I missing?
