My boss calling me and asking if it's OK to volunteer me for another team's work. Like, what he did is not even really asking if it's OK. He posed it as a question, but I really don't have the right to refuse. It's more like he's telling me he is volunteering me and I just have to grin and pretend I am oh so happy to have to do my job + other people's jobs. I wish he'd stop pretending like I actually have a say.
