Surely I am not th only cheese lover. LOL The only kind I don't like iS limburg. To stinky and to strong. My top five is Dubliner, sharp white cheddar, Gorgonzola, cream chease,and pepper jack. But really the only cheese I will not eat is limberg. Ok so I hope that there are other cheese lovers. It would be fun to talk cheese.

Limburg? As in the stinky cheese from Limburg, The Netherlands? Yeah, no, it smells like old socks indeed

I do love cheese (I'm Dutch, they call us cheeseheads, so obviously...). I hate blue cheeses though (including Gorgonzola).
I like most Dutch cheeses except for the Limburgian kind. Gouda is the most boring of them all and seemingly the only one you can get outside the Netherlands, but still tasty enough.

Pecorino might be my favorite cheese, young or old, love them all

Yes, pecorino is a great cheese. Why do you hate blueberry I admit that they are usually strong but I love it on salads and a good blue cheese dressing is better that even ranch. My sister hates dubliner I have no idea why. Cream cheese is on my favorite least because it is such a major ingredient in all my cheese balls and cheesecakes and other deserts ant stuff.

Even a hint of blue cheese makes me kinda nauseated Don't know why!
I usually enjoy strong flavours, but apparently the taste of blue fungi just... yeck.

I love cheese but it doesn't love me. It can upset my stomach. When I was little I would eat the string cheese all the time. I'm from the US.

I absolutely love snacking on string cheese. Eat that with grapes and crackers when I have a light lunch.
