My Emmett would be Daniel Cudmore

and my Carlisle would be Charlie Hunnam. I know the popular suggestion for Emmett is Tom Welling

I like both those suggestions. But I more see Emmet as Tom. But thats just me.

I'm scared. I'd be so sad if it's a horrible Edward choice, Edward is the only character casting i care about.

Still no news. I think it's going to be released soon, since Twilight Lexicon is down right now and they know who is playing Edward.
