Top Secret (1984) - "I know a little German. He's sitting over there."
 1984 comedy spoof from the comedy team who brought you "Airplane", "Police Squad" and "The Naked Gun". Val Kilmer stars (in his lead film debut) as American singer Nick Rivers, who ends up as part of a resistance who plan to rescue a kidnapped scientist in East Germany. The movie is a spoof on Elvis musicals and cold war/spy films.  Trailer:  The film is filled with familiar foreign character actors like Peter Cushing, Michael Gough and Omar Sharif.    __________________
