I can't even really say anything cause my brain over explodes at the memories of all the specials and wacky foods, treats, costumes, parties.

I'll share one site I love every Halloween, this guy runs a Halloween Countdown every year about Halloween in the 80's from memories and things we remember, he also reviews old specials and commercials and current Halloween foods that come on the market.

Nothing is the same. The new specials aren't as good and the holiday itself isn't. While I love the atmosphere and all the stuff I have to watch, the night itself is always a let down. I am now down to 1 or 2 trick or treaters. You can go out in the neighborhood and not see many. In the 80's, there would be a group of kids on the porch at the house you are going to and another group of kids coming up after you. There was just kids everywhere.

I understand. No one trick or treats anymore. They go to the mall or do that stupid Trunk or Treat.

Not as fun. :(
