Kip (Tom Hanks) and Henry (Peter Scolari) are two ad guys in New York who find their apartment building being demolished. A friend recommends they live in her building because the rent is cheap. However, it's a female only building and it leads Kip and Henry to dress up as women.

Intro:

The show ran for 2 seasons (1980 - 1982) and 37 episodes. The cast included Telma Hopkins ("Family Matters", "Gimme A Break"), Holland Taylor ("Two And A Half Men"), Donna Dixon ("Spies Like Us", Mrs. Dan Aykroyd) and Wendi Jo Sperber ("Back To The Future", "Bachelor Party").

And still good pals today. Tom put Peter in a bit part in "That Thing You Do!" and one of his HBO mini-series he was producing.

i saw lala land and tom everett scott had a cameo in it, and im like do you realize that is GUY PATTERSON he should have been the jazz drummer not some random person in the club. they had his role all wrong. i read an interview that he got the role in that movie cuz the director was a fan of him in TTYD. im like then why the hell didnt you put him in the band????
