I've seen almost all his movies. Boyhood is so amazing. Training Day is the best, too.

ive heard a lot of good things about boyhood. i keep meaning to check that one out.

It's a little off topic, but Boyhood is a mandatory film viewing experience. It was actually filmed over the course of like 10 years so you follow this kid as a little boy, pubescent and teenager. It follows the hiccups and trials that middle class divorced families go through and really captures this familiar and unsettling truth about life. I've seen it once though and I dont know if i'd watch it more than 1 more time. It's just a perfect one time viewing film.

I wonder how different, or if at all, the movie would of been had Joe Dante had the time to finish it. He has always said he never got to make the finished movie he wanted.
