I'm sure he didn't. He had a bad rep and probably felt no one thought better of him.

I guess he and other peolpe needed to give each other a chance and find out.

Sadly it doesn't happen in high schools. People just talk and gossip.

I would like to think that they all remained friends, but I can see it maybe being hard at first.

You never know with high school kids.

I am sure they had peer pressure from their friends too. "What are you doing with them?" kind of a thing.
