I totally watched Gummi Bears!

I couldn’t stand Inspector Gadget though, i just got mad at him cause he only succeeded cause his niece and her dog did everything and he was too stupid!

Lol! I never even really thought of that until you mentioned it. I guess he could have all the gadgets he wanted but it's just a brain you need.
