In the vein of "Police Academy", A group of people have to take a driving course program after receiving numerous tickets for traffic violations. One group member (John Murray, younger brother of Bill) becomes suspicious and enlists his fellow class members when it is believed a scheme has been hatched by their driving instructor and the judge who sent them there to make them fail and sell their impounded vehicles.



The movie features several familiar faces including Fred Willard, Jennifer Tilly, Wendi Jo Sperber, Brian Backer, James Keach, Sally Kellerman and an early appearance by Don Cheadle. Clara Peller, the "Where's the beef?" lady, also appears.

It's goofy and silly, but fun. A fun cast and some laughs. I haven't seen it in ages.
