Remember Donna from the Runaway Bride Christmas special? One of the most annoying companions ever.

We really don't need crap characters like that foisted on us. She deserves an unappreciation thread.

I do find Donna rather irritating mostly. Enough to post here sometimes.

The only thing I liked about Donna was when she slapped the Doctor, it was as if she were the mother of Rose of Martha yet she slaps him herself. I just hope she won't do that all the way through next season and only does it in the scenes where it is absolutely justified and called for.

I didn't really like Donna. I mean, I didn't hate her, but she was just kind of meh for me so I was glad she was only that one episode.

I didn’t really care for Donna. On the whole I found her abrasive and rude, and loud. I usually don’t have a problem with loud characters, I can relate, I’m loud myself but I think it detracts from the Doctor who is the centerpiece of the story. I’m not too happy about her resurfacing but I’m willing to wait and see, perhaps I’m wrong. I will say that I loved her suggestion to the Doctor at the end of Runaway Bride, her opinion is dead on, the Doctor does need someone with him, to stop him and just to love on him a bit. Poor lonely Doctor.
