Was the Doctor trying to make a move?
I was watching the Peter Davison stories from the start. In part 4 of Kinda, season 19, was the Doctor trying to ask Todd out. It looked as he was trying to say something to her and the companions kept calling him. He was in no rush to leave and his closing remarks made it seem he felt that he had missed out on something. Too many times he rush off without any passing remarks. This was not the same type of exit.
