I think I prefer to read stuff because I can read it faster than watch it. Plus all the advertisements being added to videos is obnoxious. Usually if the video loads with ads I just close it out because I feel like watching the ads wastes too much of my time

yeah I stream to avoid ads. I don't have a way to record stuff because we don't have a DVR.

I guess I could buy one, but since I don't have cable I don't really see the point. Anything that is on regular broadcast TV can be streamed through their websites.
