Well it depends on what area you're being required to write about. I would either do a piece on how it affects society- are we becoming detached from society, do real friends exist or just Facebook friends, do we tweet instead of talking to people etc, or how it effects democracy. But tell me what sort of area you want to address, and I'll have a think

I have no idea to be honest because it's not to be written in English - so everything you'll be saying I still have to translate it to our language

Yeah but if you have a basis in English then it shouldn't be too tough to just translate i would hope
