I'm very happy to have a 3-person team in the TARDIS right now, and from the behind-the-scenes stuff I've seen the three seem to get along really well.

But, I have to say, they all have rubbish American accents ;)

I am rubbish with accents but I thought that Karen sounded quite good :lol:

Yes, I absolutely love that we got two companions (or even three sometimes). I think I really like the change of dynamics when another male is on board. All those women in the first four new series :lol:

Yeah, I am definitely loving the new dynamic a three person TARDIS team brought on :nod: it's a nice change.

I have a pretty standard general American accent myself, and it's funny, but I find I have a bit of a blind spot to people using it - I don't notice other people using it until they do it wrong.

One mistake some people make is going for specific regional American accents, like they seem to do a bit in this clip. Mostly though they just sound more English than American to me, though to be fair they were really short clips.

Matt actually did a whole DW audio The Runaway Train with lots of (southern) American accents.
