That was what I really loved about the movie. It's so violent and at the same time so beautiful.

I totally agree, P. I would have found it hard to watch had the violence looked more real, what I mean is, the people real, the blood real etc. Also, the humour made it easier to watch.

Without the effects it would have been too raw to watch I think. The humour helps a lot aswell.
I think Elijah was great for the part. He didn't use his voice, but his eyes and his bodylanguage spoke instead. He was really creepy, just as Kevin should be. Perfect.  __________________

I totally agree with you, P! I don't think this movie would be released had it been more real looking...
I found myself laughing, wondering whether I should be or not... It would have been so hard for any other actor to portray Kevin, luckily Elijah has such expressive and big eyes, it would have been easier for him. __________________

Yes, the movie would be hard to watch if it had been more "realistic".
Sometimes I even kind of felt guilty for laughing. Elijah's big, expressive eyes are a huge resource for him. __________________

Elijah has the most amazing eyes in Hollywood - hands down. I wonder whether the director wanted him because of his EYES.

Yeah, that's true.
It might very well be why the director chose Elijah for the part. I doubt that many other actors can act so good without using their voice. __________________

just a couple of weeks ago i could watch sin city... ( what kind of fan am i?
  ) and i was  when i saw him  that so evil guy ... although so sexy fighting and jumping    but definitively I´ve always thought Elijah has a matchless talent, and of course i love his eyes  , also I know that he´s a great actor for many other things  i agree with u girls  __________________
