Another great episode.

Love everything from Drew and Hank talking to Hank having a beer with Joel and the guys. Sarah/Amber teasing Julia about sleeping with Joel and even the Luncheonette and Jasmine convincing Crosby to keep it. Also how Joel 'rescued' Julia from the family firing a million questions at her after Zeek was rushed off again. Love the ending with baby show and the book from the other mothers.

This episode was great.
I have tried so hard to like Hank but I can`t do it. it`s impossible. The proposal was the most akward thing in television history.. and it was not the right place to do it. Looks like things will be done right next week so that`s good. But overall I think Sarah deservs way better.. and I will continue to be bitter about this.

The baby shower scene was my favorite scene in the episode. beautiful.

I hope Crosby and Adam will come to an agreement that will make both of them happy regarding the studio.

You watch episdoes like this, and you wonder why this show had to end? It was a tearjerker from beginning to end. I can't even pin point who stood for me this week, because they were all amazing!

However, without a doubt the baby shower scene, had to be my favourite. It was so beautifully put together. In that scene, you could really tell how close the cast are.

I am with you there. I knew this scene was coming, so I mentally prepared myself, but still....very awkward! I just don't get his appeal??

I didn't even watch this epi yet but can totally relate with you two. With one difference, I didn't try hard to like him because I knew it would be impossible.
I even feel that Ray Romano ruined possible better stories for Lauren.
Sorry if this was off topic but I had to vent.

I thought Bonnie Bedelia was wonderful and not a fake moment from her imo.

As for Hank in general and him with Sarah...sigh.

Who remembers how he was to start with - confident (also popular in high school, with the girls, as well, homecoming king...), rude, and opinionated. That is, until Katims decided he would turn Hank into an adult who discovers he has Aspergers, and also change everything we'd known about him, including making him become a bambling, nervous, and clueless guy with low self esteem.

This episode, if anything, showed how much Sarah and Hank are completely wrong for each other. He loves her, but she is so embarrassed about him around her family and couldn't even sit next to him and practically makes him look and feel like a complete outsider. She always acts so awkwardly around him and I don't see any warmth between them at all. They're too different, imo and on completely different pages regarding this relationship. For me, it's sad to watch them.

Just watched the episode. Such a great one.

I totally agree with you, Kizzy. Why does this have to end?!?!?
I loved every family scene. Bonnie was wonderful, her performance so heartfelt. And the baby shower was beautiful. I really felt when Sarah said "I got your back" to Amber, it was a bit Lauren saying that to Mae. I loved it so much.
I hope Crosby and Adam can find some middle ground. Both points of view are understandable. Crosby doesn't want to see his dream die, but Adam, being the very responsible type he is, just doesn't want the uncertainty anymore. I very much hope they manage to talk things through.
I hope Zeek decides to fight. He's a tough guy, and a fighter. It was just so heartbreaking to see him and Camille talk about the situation together.

I couldn't agree more. I actually don't dislike Hank per se, he's not the most horrible person, but I really can't see them together at all. Joel and Julia were together in every moment, Sarah was hardly with Hank at all. She's completely awkward around him, and she didn't even look that happy to see him get there, except that he brought Drew over. I don't know. They've been trying to transform Hank in this great guy, but I think they did too much damage to his character at the beginning, and he can't be salvaged. The proposal was sweet, but completely out of place and wrong. I am spoiler free, but I have the feeling they'll have them end up together, and that doesn't appeal to me.

Great episode. Agree with everyone about Hank. He's not a bad guy, he's decent with Max, but as a love interest for Sarah, nope. Can't stand it. They are not right for each other. I hope she dumps him.

I didn't cry until Drew and Amber went into Zeek's room and Zeek called him grandson. I also loved the baby shower scene and cried there too. Sarah Watson tweeted the reason they didn't show Sarah's page is that Lauren actually wrote a real note to Mae. Sarah W. kept the baby book.

Loved the ep. My pa had a heart attack a few years back so everything about this whole storyline is so familiar to me.
Poor drew, I really felt for him when he was thinking that all zeek would remember is that he let him down. I'm glad drew got to resolve that. I can just imagine how much that would have eaten away at him.
I just love Joel! He's so great haha.

I totally agree about hank and Sarah. I just can't handle how awkward and mismatched they are. She didn't even show any affection at all to him, barely even spoke to him haha.

The baby book scene.. Lauren! Argghh so much emotion! I loved the tweet by Sarah watson about Lauren writing a real Page to Mae. Love.

I don't know why so many people are against Hank? Is he perfect? No. but he loves Sarah and she had a choice to leave him at any time but Sarah chose to continue their relationship, just because we haven't seen their romantic live it doesn't mean they don't have one. Besides if we did so it on screen people would be complaining they are using too much screen time.

I do agree Sarah was a little weird with Hank at the hospital but I put that down to being distracted by not knowing what was happening with her father. I say good on Hank for hanging around even though he has not really been to any family functions and I hope we get at least one more family dinner before the show ends for him to be a part of.

It surely was intended that way - the juxtaposition of Hank and Joel - technically both not family members (anymore). Even for me as a Hank-fan those scenes were very hard to watch. Gotta agree with gjoni about the character - the inconsistent writing did nothing for his popularity.

One of my favorite scenes was Drew talking about those losers and that Hank is his favorite guy his mom has dated. Take that Mark Cyr!
And towards the end - the scene with the 4 Bravermen (2 to be (again)) at the bar, and then the 5 Braverwomen aka Bravermoms.

I cried the entire episode . That's never happened before! I think I'm in major denial about this show ending. This could last for at least another 2 seasons.

Agree with most on here, i just don't like Hank. Although, Sarah doesn't really seem to like him much either? I did actually feel a bit sorry for him at the hospital when she obviously didn't want him there and basically ignored him the whole time. They have zero chemitry as well, which is rare for Lauren. I just feel Sarah deserves more than a half hearted proposal in a car park! I really wish after Seth had gone to rehab thye had gotten back together and then the storyline could have concentrated on the kids and her career.

Loved the episode overall, cried throughout! Would be such a shame if Crosby and Adam just gave up the Luncheonette after all their hard work. Also, I love supportive jasmine.
The baby shower scene was my favourite, I cried more at that then any of the zeke scenes.

Can't believe there's only 3 episodes left

I don't think Sarah likes him much either! Lol One things I noticed, is when Hank went up to Camille, and said, 'Hey, am Hank, we've met a couple of times'. I mean, Sarah is practically living with him (I gather, she is still has her own apartment, and is still a super?) and he has to explain to her Mother, who he is? Obviously, doesn't socialise much with her family. Doesn't scream love! But then again, I think she kept Mark to herself too.
