I'm pleasantly surprised the show made any (positive) end of year list.
The Asperger storyline is definitely the most stand out, prominent one which has also earned the show most of its award recognition.
And we got to face it (being a Lauren forum and always wanting to see more of her in the episodes) - as it was in the movie, the show's main sibling is the eldest - Adam and his family. I won't be surprised if Max and Monica Potter are nominated for some significant tv award before the series ends.

Yeah I was hoping, but not expecting much.

I do notice all the TV Drama noms are for shows on cable (in the US) and just grateful for that. But then Modern Family gets 3 Noms, yes I like the show but really that gets a nom and we don't!

The Foreign Press Association proved to be a bit different in the past so if there ever will be a chance to get another nomination for Lauren my guess are the Golden Globes.
