Katka, a bike ride sounds awesome! I can't wait. It's supposed to be very cold again tomorrow through Wednesday, but then it's supposed to be warm again from Thursday. I'd love to bike or run again next weekend!

This was my first time seeing Cabaret (I knew the music but that's it), and I thought it was a great show.

We've just started season 6, it's such a great show!! I love it. Now I want a MouseRat keyring like yours!
And yes, we're expecting low temps until Wednesday/Thursday, possibly snow too. Sigh.
By the way, suggestions: I'm seeing Bridges for sure, and All The Way. Jay wants to see another musical. Beautiful? Cabaret? Bullets?

Weather is a strange thing. You're having an extreme winter, while we didn't have winter at all. I haven't seen any snowflake yet this season.

I made chocolate banana bread today. I thought banana bread couldn't get any better, but adding chocolate to it definitely does. It's heavenly.

Does anyone watch Game of Thrones? I might watch it. Michiel Huisman is in it this season I'm currently watching all of his Dutch shows, but I'm almost done with them and I need myself some Michiel lol.

Denise, GoT is awesome!!! I've also read all the books, which are much better than the show of course. But yeah, definitely watch it!!
Just back from 2 hours of ice skating. I like our active streak.
Now dinner with Jay and his dad, sigh. I don't like family things too much.

Hm...if you want to go for a musical, I'm not sure which, but I think those are all good choices. The only one I've seen so far is Cabaret and I'd definitely recommend it, but I can't say how it compares to the others. I didn't realize Jay was coming with you in April; I hope I get to meet him!

Denise, I watched all of Game of Thrones over my winter break and loved it. I'm excited for it to return next month!

Three meetings and a work potluck today. Tired! I baked an apples and chocolate cake last night and the oven was acting up, so I wasn't sure whether to bring it or not, but I did and they finished it, so I guess it wasn't too bad.

Meh, had to get my picture taken for my passport. We have these stupid rules in Holland for that. You can only smile with your mouth closed and your ears have to be visible in the picture. You can imagine how great my picture looks.

In my passport picture I look like a drug dealer. I'm surprised every time they make me go through immigration without further questioning.
