It was nice. I ended up having crappy day otherwise, because I was so busy at work and was feeling overwhelmed that I was so frustrated I ended up crying, which I never do. But I got past it.

I worked today and got some stuff caught up. I'm not done yet, even though I worked 9 hours today

It will get better though.

My friend and I are having our typical Oscars party. (We had a hard time coming up with food puns this year! We've got Roma tomato tart, fried chicken for Green Book, Vice cream cake, The Favourite spinach dip because it's our favorite....).

What's everyone up to this weekend?

I saw Captain Marvel, which I loved, and I'm spending time with friends tomorrow. The weather's pretty warm, so I'm happy about that.

I just got home from seeing Captain Marvel also. I loved it too. Especially Goose. Haha.

I have a little bit of work to do today, then just chilling for the rest of the weekend. Doing laundry and stuff.

Didn't do much this weekend. Got my grocery shopping in Saturday before it started to rain really hard then just did house work on Sunday. Really wishing for a nice Sunday so I can spend my day in the park again.

It's been sunny but cold here the last few days, but now we are getting some wind. Just crossing my fingers that the power doesn't go out.

I got to leave work early today. A few weeks ago I was so overwhelmed with all the work I had to do, but I have now caught up to a more normal work load, so I took off early to make up for all the overtime I worked last week.

We had rain and wind for a few days. Many lost power but we were lucky. It's now sunny and going to be in the mid 40s today.

Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

I got up early today to take my car to the tire shop because my tire had a screw in it. Luckily it wasn't flat. The screw was plugging the hole it had made. And it was fixed for free, so that was nice.

Then I got coffee on my way home. But after I finished my coffee I was tired from getting up early so I took a 90 minute nap, lol.

Then this afternoon I went out to get frozen yogurt. That's been my exciting day!

I've been busy, largely with theater stuff (I feel like I've been at a few shows per week for the past month or so, either ushering or just viewing). I have friends coming to visit me next weekend, which is nice (though I feel like I need to find time to catch up on sleep, and I don't know when that will happen). I'm also really ready for spring!

Yeah, it's fun stuff. I'm afraid I'm getting too cranky though; usually I can put up with the absolute nonsense of my kids, but when I start snapping back at them, I know I need more sleep.

Claire - I admire that your enthusiasm for theater is still so high Lately I´ve been glad if I make it to the theater like 6 times a year. I went to see your favorite play last week "Behanding in Spokane" (well, I hope I remember the poster on your wall correctly.lol) and today I´m going to see the opening night of Ripcord. I´m trying to cram as much of theater as possible before the season ends because the big news is that I´m ....pregnant, so I assume not much of theater for me in the near future....
